Job Description
All functions of Project Manager: High-rise luxury condominiums.
- Manage and inspect construction drawings according to the law and customer requirements.
- Manage and inspect for contractors, including controlling construction costs.
- Mentor and develop construction personnel to ensure maximum development.
- Review all work in process to ensure compliance with plans and specifications, building codes and company standards.
- Responsible for the appearance of all communities, models, and spec homes.
- Other related tasks as assigned
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineer.
- Experienced in high-rise condominium more than 10 years.
- At least 5 years of management level.
- Strong experience of working in a similar position in real estate industry.
- Knowledgeable in Construction regulations or related law
- High speed working
- Maintain working standard.
