- Being accountable for the daily activities of the team and reporting to the top management.
- Providing leadership, inspiration and implementing effective sales & marketing strategies that maximize revenue.
- Managing daily operations, directing efforts, executing and exceeding weekly sales call goals.
- Mentoring and developing Managers and Team while effectively implementing and monitoring sales action plans within a positive work environment.
- Performing other duties, projects and tasks, as assigned.
- Directing management staff in order to meet sales objectives and goals.

- Male or female, Thai national, 23-35 years old.
- Strong experience of working in a similar position in real estate sales & marketing.
- Leadership experience and at least 5 years of experience as a Senior Sales Manager.
- Candidates must be highly skilled at implementing strategic sales plans.
- Good English (TOEIC 650+) and Chinese (HSK 5+) language skills.
