All functions of Construction Manager

• Manage and inspect construction drawings according to the law and customer requirements.
• Manage and inspect for contractors, including controlling construction costs.
• Mentor and develop construction personnel to ensure maximum development.
• Review all work in process to ensure compliance with plans and specifications, building codes and company standards.
• Responsible for the appearance of all communities, models, and spec homes.
• Other related tasks as assigned.

คุณสมบัติหลัก

• Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineer.
• Experienced in Property Development and Construction industry more than 8 years.
• At least 3 years of management level.
• Strong experience of working in low-rise residential buildings.
• Knowledgeable in Construction regulations or related law
• High speed working
• Maintain working standard.
• Dedicated and hardworking person
