Property consultant & sales (Real Estate)

Job Descriptions:

  1. Present products and services information to the customers.
  2. Provide property details, consultation and closing deal for Customers.
  3. Develop a deep understanding of the company’s property offerings to effectively showcase their unique features to customers.
  4. Keep in touch with the customers on a regular basis to enhance and maintain the relationship
  5. Study and analyze customer requirements, marketing demand and competitors’ products and services.
  6. Check and prepare contract documents and various documents related to buying and selling real estate.
  7. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote properties across digital platforms and social media and work together to plan campaigns and promotions aligned with sales goals.
  8. Proficiently oversee sales operations and formulate comprehensive strategic plans for sales and marketing.
  9. Accurately maintain sales reports and records, including conversion rates and client tracking on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  10. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sector or a related field.
  3. Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English, along with fluency in a third language, particularly Chinese, is highly advantageous.
  4. Highly proficient in leveraging social media platforms with expertise.
  5. Strong ability to work collaboratively with teams to achieve company goals.
  6. Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, laws, and regulations.
  7. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  8. Fast learner and flexible person with good problem solving and skills multitasks well.
