Finance Controller (Analyst)

Job Descriptions:

  1. Oversee the preparation of documentation to support the company’s funding goals.
  2. Prepare project-related documents and details for loan disbursements and to meet financial institutions’ requirements.
  3. Create effective reports based on data analysis to update financial institutions on project progress.
  4. Collaborate on preparing case studies and feasibility documents for new and existing projects to support project loan applications.
  5. Assist in preparing financial reports, such as cash flow statements, financial forecasts, and budgets.
  6. Prepare documents to support the acquisition of working capital funding, aligning with plans and objectives.
  7. Support organizational fundraising efforts, coordinate documentation, and manage relationships with financial institutions.
  8. Perform other special tasks as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
  2. Minimum of 5 years in experience in finance.
  3. Possess knowledge and understanding of finance and banking to analyze the company’s business.
  4. Analyze the company’s budget, expenses, and financial credit.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  6. Skilled in using accounting and financial software.
  7. Confident, with leadership qualities and a strong sense of responsibility.
  8. Detail-oriented, fast, and accurate.
  9. Able to work effectively in a team.
  10. Knowledgeable in legal and tax regulations.
  11. Able to work under high pressure.
