Senior Purchasing Officer / เจ้าหน้าที่จัดซื้ออาวุโส

Job Descriptions:

  1. Source appropriate and relevant external vendors to request quotations and conduct bidding processes.
  2. Compare and negotiate prices with external vendors to obtain the best price and terms for purchasing approval from the supervisor.
  3. Ensure conditions comply with the work system.
  4. Prepare quotations, conduct initial negotiations, provide information to vendors for quotations, and create price comparison tables.
  5. Review and analyze materials and conditions of each quotation to ensure consistency, and prepare agreements and other relevant documents.
  6. Procure and contract services that meet the company’s requirements and within the specified time frame.
  7. Monitor and control suppliers to ensure delivery aligns with the plan and timeline.
  8. Negotiate prices with suppliers.
  9. Handle the preparation of purchase orders (PO), ensuring all supporting documents are complete and accurate, and follow up on PO approvals.
  10. Maintain an up-to-date supplier database.
  11. Perform other assigned tasks.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
  2. Minimum of 1 year experience in procurement, real estate development business, or other related fields.
  3. Good personality, interpersonal skills, and effective communication abilities.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
  5. Experience using ERP systems.
  6. Detail-oriented and meticulous.
  7. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to maintain good relationships with vendors.
  8. Ability to work efficiently while maintaining standards, with a commitment to work.
  9. Able to work in accordance with the company’s policies, adaptable to changes, and able to work under pressure.
  10. Capable of working off-site, such as at construction sites.
